We will probably go back again however dining at the OH is probably off the table(pardon the pun). We also noticed that staff on the floor seemed to be more interested in chit chat with one another than seeing to the needs of guests. She brought out our appetizer after our entrees(both were cold),and seemed to be somewhat indifferent to what kind of impression this sets for an establishment that touts great customer service. What bothered us about our dining experience was that our server was not really focused on her job. I understand this is a casino and their primary objective is to get you on the tables and slots more than anywhere else, so giving me a pager and telling me I can wander anywhere in the casino while we wait only helps to achieve that goal.
We chose to grab a late night meal at the OH lounge found the restaurant about 2/3 empty and still had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. That being said we have noticed a significant drop off in the amount of service staff or the general level of service they provide. We went after attending the ballet earlier in the evening,Our previous visits to the casino were always fairly pleasant although if they unlocked the 'double up' it would make playing video poker a more enjoyable time. Have been to Hollywood several times since they opened.
